Prayer for Adolescents

Oh almighty God, sometimes teens feel as though they are positioned between two worlds, the world of a simple child and the world of a complex adult. They often question whether or not they are following the right path in their lives. Teens are tempted daily in so many ways to do so many things that are wrong. Alcohol, drugs, and premarital sex are just a few of the temptations that a teen is faced with on a normal basis. Please help all teens to respect the life that you, our Creator, have given them through the death of your son, Jesus Christ. Help them to resist these daily pressures and temptations, so that they may live their lives according to your will.
In Jesus' name, we pray.
